Welcome for graduates and accompanying persons

Once the Zénith's open, go to the reception desk in the lobby with your registration confirmation (with QR Code). Your guests will need to do the same to get access to the event. 
Priority access for people with reduced mobility will be clearly identified, as well as a specific “Pink reception desk" (comptoir ROSE).

Gowns and diplomas

Graduate spaces

Once the first step done, head towards the areas reserved for graduates and report to your corresponding group to collect your gown and diploma. 
A few daus before the ceremony, you should have received an email with your group number. It's imperative you remember this number.
At the same time, several photobooths will be available for you to take photos with your loved ones and capture this moment forever.

Briefing: Gathering in groups

15 minutes before the ceremony begins, we ask that you gather in groups in the lobby. We will position you in groups to go on stage; all you have to do is follow the instructions of the staff and enjoy the parade with solemn music playing in the background.
Please pay close attention to the instructions, as there are many of you!
You will then be shown to your seats by the staff.

Graduation

The ceremony will feature speeches from different departments, interspersed with artistic performances by talented students from our school.
At the beginning of the ceremony, our host will explain you how to proceed. 
The ceremony will be broadcast live with english subtitles.
Cocktail
Saturday, June 13
12:30 to 13:30

Celebration glass

To celebrate your graduation, a celebratory drink is offered, and several photo booths will be set up for you and your loved ones. No food service is provided, so you are welcome to go out for lunch with your family and friends. However, remember to pick up your car before going to lunch, as you may be unable to leave the Zénith parking lot!

Note: Official diplomas will be handed out on site. They are valuable and no copies or duplicatas are available. Take good care of them!
